I am 24 years old, since almost 15 days I have constant headache. I sleep with headache and wake up with one. I am teacher and I am busy entire day. Also I have way too much of vaginal discharge its no white its mostly watery thing. Nausea ,dizziness and constantly I feel I did not have enough sleep and I am exhausted. My eyes are all lazy and drowsy. I feel there is an anal fissure also and my rectum has become so sensitive I can not even touch it after bathroom. Walking sitting everything is normal. But I am just way too exhausted. And I have gained 5 kgs in past 15 days, I am having the same food and same days. I have history of PCOD, low bp and vitamin deficiency.
